Refund policy

At VEHR, we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate your return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

- Be unused and unwashed.

- Be returned in their original condition.

- Have all original tags, labels intact.

- Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return.

Please note that a fee of ₹250 will be deducted from the refundable amount for all approved returns.

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from the same address where the order was originally delivered.

Pickup is typically scheduled within 24–48 hours of return approval.

Please ensure the product is securely packed and ready for collection.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original bank account or payment method used while placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for cash or bank refunds. Instead, the approved refund amount will be issued as VEHR Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Once your refund has been approved and processed, the standard timeline for the amount to reflect in your original payment method is 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return requests submitted after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery and initiating a return request within the specified time period if required.
