At VEHR, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- During new launches, promotional events, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

- Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

- Any free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website during applicable promotions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VEHR cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
